REFUND/RETURNS
POLICY In the event you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 90 day money back guarantee on all our products. However, products being returned will have to be in their original condition: in new and unused condition. We refund only the products purchase price and not any freight or delivery paid. Refunds are done via internet banking and will be transfered straight into your bank account. We do not refund back on to cards present at any of our stores due to security reasons. If you require a refund, please contact the store you purchased from via email and provide your bank account number. Refunds take 1 to 2 working days to be processed depending on the bank you are with. WE DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND, SO PLEASE CHOOSE CAREFULLY BEFORE BUYING. |
